Between sets we continue the 80's party by playing more 80's dance tunes.
Publicity is important. Here's how we do it:
Our performance at your venue will be posted on Facebook as an "Event" entitled "Tribute to 80's New Wave Live Dance Party at YOUR VENUE" (we'll add you as a co-host).
To make sure everyone within 20kms of your establishment knows about the Tribute to 80's New Wave Live Dance Party, we buy Facebook ads to promote the show. Posters are nice (we have posters too)...but they don't reach thousands of people in your local area the way a Facebook Ad campaign does. More importantly, the ad campaign introduces new people to your establishment. People who might never have thought of going out to a bar on Saturday to 'listen to a band' might have a different reaction to going out to a 'Tribute to 80's New Wave Live Dance Party'
And we get results! We get comments from venue owners and managers like:
"The place is packed",
"We literally had to turn people away at the door"

The Details
We are a five-man band: Vox, Drums, Bass, Guitar, Keys with our own PA and lighting rig. Of course, if you have PA and a lighting rig, that's always better. We're pros. We've bring pro gear. We're all experienced entertainers.
But the Tribute to 80's New Wave Live Dance Party is about more than music. It's costumes. We dress up - and the audience does too (we don't even have to ask). We toss out Smile'n'Wave-branded guitar picks, goodie bags and even Smile'N'Wave-branded condoms. It is all about creating a fun, party atmosphere that draws crowds and drives sales for you.
